QA/QC Introduction

QC Procedures
1. Raw Materials: On the arrival of the materials, samples are to be taken at random for test with the test results compared with those indicated in the supplier's quality certificates
2. Production Stage Inspections. Operators conduct the inspections on the semi-finished products for appearance and dimensions while the finished profiles for dimensions and mechanical properties by QC inspectors.
3. Orders requiring RoHS Certificates. Start the normal production with trials which must in conformity with the requirements of RoHS. Before packing process, random samples are to be taken from the shipment for final tests to make sure that the shipment satisfy the requirements of the RoHS.
